  • What's the quality of your pieces?
    Diamonds and gemstones used at M&K Jewelry are all natural and professionally sorted to ensure quality. We carefully curate our pieces and uphold a consistently high standard for our clients. Every piece is hand picked and inspected by our professional gemologists in Hong Kong. Once in Manila, they undergo another round of quality control before going out on display. Unless otherwise stated, you can expect the following specifications for whatever you buy with us: - Diamonds with G-H color - VS-Top SI Clarity - Set in 18k Gold - Excellent Brilliance - Seamless Craftsmanship - Natural, No Treatment Diamonds
  • Do your stones come with GIA certificates?
    GIA certificates are issued by 1 certificate to 1 diamond. We sell these only for SINGLE STONES that are 0.50 carat and up, 0.30 carat in special cases, or client requests. Not to worry, we can assure you that all our diamonds are natural and standard to the quality that we claim them to be. If you would like to order GIA certified stones, kindly provide us your preferred price range and we can make arrangements for you.
  • Can I view your collection in person?
    Yes, you are very welcome to do so! You may view our collection at our SM Megamall stores. 1. Go to the header of the webpage. 2. Hover over "Contact Us" 3. Click on "Schedule a Personal Viewing" 4. Fill out the form. We will confirm your appointment and send location details through email. For faster assistance, you may send us a direct message thru our Instagram page, @mnkjewelry.ph Kindly note that not everything you see on the page will be available at the store. We do have inside stocks that are not out on display, some items are sold out, and others are only available for pre-order. Should you find yourself visiting us, don't be shy to ask for the piece that you want to see.
  • Can sold out items be ordered again?
    Kindly send us a message thru Viber 0917 511 1891 or Instagram (@mnkjewelry.ph) for item availability and we will let you know if it can be re-ordered. A 40% deposit is required to push through with the production. Remaining balance will be paid once your piece/s arrive. 7-8 weeks lead time.
  • Do you customize jewelry?
    Unfortunately, we do not accept customization of brand new designs. You may however, customize our already existing designs into your preferred gold color or gemstones. Please keep in mind that the possibility of making a custom piece will also depend on stone supply, kindly send us a message for your requests regarding this.
  • Do you resize rings?
    Yes, we do! We can resize your ring for up to 1.5 size adjustment. (ie. size 6.5 to size 8 ; size 6 to size 5) Otherwise, it would be highly recommended to make a brand new one for you to preserve quality. We do not accept resizing or any other repair/setting for pieces that were not bought from M&K Jewelry.
  • How do I pre order?
    Pre orders require a 40% downpayment to begin with production. Expect a lead time of 7-8 weeks as all pieces are manufactured internationally. Special note: There may be some delays with delivery due to the pandemic. Only place an order if you do not have an urgent deadline.
  • Do you ship orders?
    Yes, we do. Kindly see details below: Metro Manila clients- FREE shipping with insurance for all items. Provincial clients- FREE shipping with insurance for items up to Php150,000.   • How else can I claim my order?
    Considering the high value nature of your purchase, store pick up is available for claiming your items. We have two stores where M&K Jewelry pieces are displayed at in SM Megamall for personal viewings and pick ups. Kindly contact us for more details.
  • Do you ship abroad?
    No. Currently, we are only shipping within the Philippines.
  • Returns and exchanges?
    We do not allow any form of returns and exchanges. We ensure that once the item/s leaves our hands, it is in a good, acceptable condition and at par with the standard we uphold.
  • Can I transfer my 40% deposit to another piece?
    No. Deposits for pre orders are non-transferrable.
  • What are your payment options?
    Cash Deposit/Bank Transfer: BDO BPI China Bank GCash Credit Card: Now available in store and online. In store -Pay upon pick up -Straight and installment plans available for almost all major banks -Deferred payments for up to 3, 6, 9, 12 months depending on your bank Online -Straight payment available for locally issued VISA, Mastercard, AMEX or JCB credit cards -Installment plans available for BDO issued credit cards for 3,6,9 and 12 months -Online payments are done via secure e-mail payment link (please contact us directly)
  • What credit cards do you accept?
    In Store Payment: Please see below list of major banks accepted for straight and installment transactions. BPI Citibank HSBC Metrobank BDO Amercian Express JCB East West Security Bank Unionbank PNB/Allied RCBC Please know that installment plans are only available for credit cards issued LOCALLY. International credit cards will only be accepted for straight transactions. Online Payment: Locally issued VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and JCB for straight transactions. BDO issued credit cards for installment of 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. We DO NOT accept corporate credit cards
  • Do you offer cash layaway?
    No, we do not. Credit card installment plans are available for in store and online purchases.
